Note on the bottom it says must be used by midnight on Monday...an hour and a half before I received it. Could this be my email setting fault or is this just AAP being silly?
On the plus side I actually spent over $100 on oil for my wife’s car and mine in store and I still get the $40 speed perks. I also now have an extra filter because you get a free one for every 5 quarts and my thirsty car takes 10!

Lame. I called their customer support which was a worthless endeavor. Girl told me I should check AAP online every day to look at promotions.

I love Advance, but their web stuff and support can be ROUGH.
I was forced to buy an oil pan for my wife’s Commander at O’Reilly’s (only one who had it in stock) and they were like, want to sign up for rewards?! I figured sure, I’m dropping $100 bucks for the pan and gasket, at advance that gets you $20 in speedperks credit.
Guy behind the counter then says “When you reach $150 you get $5!!!!”
Great.

Called the speed perks number and got a super helpful lady. She set up my online account (I always just waited for the email), reinstated a $5 coupon I never used, and then when I told her I spent $100 yesterday she gave me a $40 off of $80 coupon in addition. She said that it usually takes 48-72 hours after a purchase to get the speed perk so I am hoping I’ll get another one in a couple of days in addition, but doubtful. Either way, I now need to figure out what to buy for $80 and $10 to get my $50 off! I would usually stock up oil but I don’t really need any and am moving soon and you arent supposed to move oil.
She also said that cyber monday really effed up all their online stuff and their website is all jacked up now.
